As our Key Account Manager Food Service & OOH, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth across the Food Service, Horeca, and Out of Home (OOH) channels. Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you will drive commercial success by managing strategic customer relationships, developing winning sales strategies, and identifying new business development opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the channel while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and contributing directly to revenue growth and profitability. Additionally, you will have the chance to influence market direction through insights, innovation, and a strong customer-centric approach.
Responsabilidades principales:
You will be responsible for delivering ambitious sales targets and expanding our presence within the Foodservice Industry by building strong relationships with key customers and partners. A core part of your role will involve developing and executing sales planning initiatives, managing customer negotiations, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth across your portfolio. Furthermore, you will contribute to Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, monitor channel performance, and identify new opportunities through continuous market analysis.
Close collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams will be essential as you lead commercial initiatives and transform business opportunities into concrete results. Additionally, you will oversee budget management, support promotional activities, evaluate profitability, and ensure that business objectives are consistently achieved. Your ability to strengthen strategic partnerships and deliver exceptional customer relationship management will be key to long-term success.
Acerca de ti:
You are a commercially driven professional with proven experience in Key Account Management, Food Service Sales, or B2B Sales, ideally within the FMCG sector. Strong expertise in channel management, commercial management, and customer negotiations allows you to confidently manage complex business relationships and deliver outstanding results.
Beyond your technical skills, you bring an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy identifying opportunities where others see challenges. Excellent communication and influencing skills enable you to build credibility with customers and internal stakeholders alike. Moreover, you are highly analytical, comfortable working with data and performance metrics, and capable of translating insights into action.
Success in this role requires resilience, proactivity, and a genuine passion for building customer relationships. You thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace accountability, and are motivated by achieving ambitious goals while making a tangible impact on the business.
