Description of the job

• 负责 COEM 项目的执行及量产启动相关工作；
• 推动项目里程碑按计划达成，并制定和推进风险缓解措施；
• 作为 VM-LA 与 COEM 之间的主要对接人；
• 支持战略性谈判及客户沟通；
• 通过改善沟通、协调双方期望并减少文化差异，加强博世中国与博世巴西之间的合作。
• Lead COEM project execution and launch activities
• Drive milestone achievement and risk mitigation
• Serve as the primary VM-LA interface for COEMs
• Support strategic negotiations and customer engagement
• Strengthen collaboration between Bosch China and Bosch Brazil by improving communication, aligning expectations and reducing cultural gaps.

Qualifications

• 工程专业本科及以上学历；

• 中文流利；

• 英语高级水平；

• 巴西葡萄牙语中级水平；

• 具备汽车行业客户项目管理经验，并具有主导与 OEM 进行 B2B 商务谈判的经验；

• 具备在多元文化环境中工作以及与不同地区团队合作的经验；

• 熟悉巴西和中国文化。

• Important: 该职位可能偶尔需要按照中国时区安排工作时间（+11 小时）。

• Bachelor degree in Engineering

• Chinese languages skills (fluent)

• English languages skills (advanced)

• Brazilian Portuguese languages skills (intermediate)

• Experience in customer project management within the automotive industry, leading B2B negotiations with OEMs.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment and with teams from different locations;

• Brazilian and Chinese cultural backgrounds.

• Important: This position may occasionally require working hours aligned with China’s time zone (+11 hours).
