About the Role We are seeking a Key Account Associate Manager for Argentina to manage our local distributors. The main scope is to boost our distribution footprint in the market across all channels. This role must be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

- Build & manage customer relationships
- Expand our distribution footprint & brand awareness
- Execute all the company plans & innovation across customers
- Customer P&L Management
What We're Looking For
- +5 years sales experience, ideally in the beauty industry
- Commercial and/or trade marketing background
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel & distributor management
- Proven leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Resilient and able to manage frustration
- Good collaboration to work with cross functional teams
- P&L management
- Windows Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in English (90%)
