About the Role Kennel Technician at Camp Bow Wow Rockaway, working with dogs to ensure safety, cleanliness and happiness of our doggie day campers. This role involves active engagement with dogs, providing stimulation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The position may be part-time or full-time depending on the schedule. What You'll Do
- Supervise and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and happiness of our doggie day campers.
- Engage with dogs, providing stimulation and attention while standing for extended periods.
- Perform cleaning duties and monitor play to ensure well-being of dogs. What We're Looking For
- Ability to supervise and engage dogs.
- Lift up to 40 pounds and handle physical activities.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Punctual and team-oriented attitude.
- Prior dog care experience preferred. Nice to Have
- Prior dog handling or pet care experience. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $16 per hour
