About the Role OHB Digital Services is looking for a Kaufmännische Assistenz in Bremen to support day-to-day administrative and commercial processes. You will be a central contact for internal organizational matters, manage onboarding/offboarding of employees and HR documents, prepare digital accounting documents for the Steuerberater, monitor project costs and revenues, invoice clients, create offers, and help identify and implement internal workflows. You will also maintain relevant administrative data such as personnel, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project master data. What You'll Do
- Be a central contact for all daily internal organizational matters.
- Manage administrative onboarding/offboarding of employees and prepare HR documents.
- Review and prepare digital accounting documents for the Steuerberater.
- Monitor project costs/revenues and invoice our clients.
- Create customer offers according to guidelines.
- Support the identification and introduction of internal (optimization) workflows.
- Maintain relevant administrative data (personnel, AR/AP, project master data). What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent degree.
- Proficient in Office365 and with SharePoint.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics Business Central.
- Good to advanced English skills.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills.
- Good numeracy and interest in controlling.
- Enjoys working as a generalist with a varied range of tasks. Compensation & Benefits
