About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Start dates: December 2026 /January 2027

Grow a career in logistics with one of the worlds biggest supply chain businesses. In one year, you can go from Warehouse Operative to a leadership role. You learn on the job, you get paid while you learn, and you get a clear plan for what comes next.

No ausbildung? No degree? No problems, your attitude and your willingness to learn are more important.

Your first year

• Learn the warehouse: Move from Warehouse Operative to Senior Operative. Learn modern warehouse technology.
• Get licensed (we pay): We pay for your forklift licence (Staplerschein) and other machine training.
• Learn to lead: Work with supervisors. Learn how to plan shifts and lead a team.
• Earn more: Your salary goes up as your skills grow.

After one year

Choose a technical role or a leadership role, such as team leader or shift manager.

What we need from you

• German and English language
• Reliable, practical and keen to learn
• Happy to work with colleagues from other cultures
• Able to do manual handling and work different shifts
• 18 or older (due to health and safety)
• Right to work in the location you apply for.

No warehouse experience needed. Your career starts here.
