KAM – China Sourcing & White Label - Jumia (Full time)

Key Responsibilities

Supplier network: Identify, audit and onboard factories (not traders) for TV, SDA and mobile; keep at least two qualified sources for every high-volume SKU.

White Label development: Turn country specs into factory briefs; manage samples, branding, packaging and SKD/CKD kit scope for local assembly.

Negotiation and cost: Run RFQs on a common Incoterm, build landed-cost views, and negotiate price, MOQ, terms and delay penalties.

Execution and logistics: Own PO-to-shipment, freight and consolidation, and destination certifications (SONCAP, KEBS, etc.).

Quality: Run pre-shipment inspections against AQL standards; drive corrective action and cost recovery.

Terms and risk: Move suppliers from advance payment to credit terms with Sinosure and Treasury; monitor supplier risk.

Reporting: Weekly sourcing dashboard; monthly forecast alignment with country commercial heads.
