About the Role ContiTech Elastomer-Beschichtungen GmbH operates globally as a leading material expert for industrial applications. The Kalanderführer is responsible for operating and supervising Kalander processes, ensuring quality, and leading a small team in the elastomer coating production. The role involves close collaboration with the production line to maintain efficient and safe operations.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor technical equipment, machines, and systems.
- Observe machine runs to detect functional disturbances early.
- Check settings and production data for machine and material runs.
- Lead, motivate and guide a Kalander team (4-5 people).
- Pre-warm rubber compound.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe or comparable craft/technical training.
- Strong quality awareness and high resilience.
- Independent and conscientious work style.
- PC skills in SAP, Excel, Access and Word.
- Crane license desirable.
- Willingness to work in shifts up to 21 shifts.
