About the Role Based in Shanghai, you will be responsible for developing key customer strategies and driving sustainable channel growth through effective management. You will focus on performance assurance, contract negotiation, inventory planning, new product launches, distributor and retailer management, and ongoing sales monitoring to ensure flawless execution of channel plans. What You'll Do
- Develop key customer strategies and achieve sustainable growth, driving channel sales (sell-in/POS) to meet company targets.
- Negotiate with key customers, optimize trade terms, and control channel costs.
- Accurately forecast demand to ensure reasonable inventory levels for distributors and retailers.
- Ensure successful launches of new products and effective implementation of promotional plans.
- Manage distributor and customer relationships to ensure flawless execution and effective monitoring.
- Establish a sales monitoring and reporting system to supervise progress and provide timely insights.
- Regularly conduct business reviews and plans with distributors and retailers to ensure channel strategies are executed as required. What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in KA channel management and communication.
- Prior experience in new retail operations and management is preferred.
- Familiar with KA headquarters operations and have cross-functional communication experience.
- Successfully managed the southern regional market, with a scale of over 30 million.
- Passionate about sales, highly resilient under pressure, and self-disciplined with high standards.
- Strong numerical analysis skills and being data-driven.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Nice to Have
- Prior experience in new retail operations and management is preferred.
