About this role
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and compiling daily fleet operational data, including deployment, mileage, and downtime.
- Support the development of routine transport performance reports and basic analytical dashboards.
- Monitor daily fuel consumption logs and track variances against targets.
- Maintain and update operational records in SAP and transport management systems.
- Track KPIs such as turnaround time, driver trip compliance, and fleet availability.
Section: What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree / HND in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting of logistics/transport operations.
Section: Key Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of fleet management or logistics metrics.
