Wormhole Labs
We're hiring a Junior Trader to join our trading team. You'll work directly with senior traders across strategies on centralized and decentralized venues, and take on your own responsibilities quickly.
We don't require prior DeFi experience. We do require that you're quantitative, technical, and able to move fast without breaking things.
What you'll do

Execute and manage trades across centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) venues — order books, AMM pools, and concentrated liquidity positions.

Monitor positions, inventory, and P&L in real time. Identify risks early and act on them.

Build and improve the tooling the desk runs on: position trackers, reporting dashboards, hedging workflows, reconciliation.
