Job title: Junior Systems Coordinator
About the Role The Junior Systems Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining and improving our Integrated Management System (ZSZ), ensuring quality, safety and continuous improvement in our operations. You will oversee compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BRC/FSSC 22000 standards and contribute to the organization's overall performance.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and develop the Integrated Management System (ZSZ) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BRC/FSSC 22000.
- Ensure processes comply with current standards and industry requirements.
- Manage documentation and the quality database (procedures, instructions, forms, records).
- Supervise the SQA database (complaints, non-conformities, corrective actions).
- Plan and carry out audits: prepare the annual internal audit plan; participate in external audits (certification bodies, customers, and suppliers); monitor implementation of corrective and improvement actions after audits.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with maintenance and development of an Integrated Management System (ZSZ).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BRC/FSSC 22000.
- Ability to manage system documentation: procedures, instructions, forms, records.
- Experience with SQA databases including handling complaints, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Experience planning and conducting internal audits and participating in external audits; ability to monitor post-audit corrective actions and continual improvement.
