About the Role Motorola Solutions is seeking a Junior System Engineer who will contribute to the design, integration, and deployment of mission-critical voice and data communication and video security systems. You’ll work on customer environments under experienced mentors, learn mission-critical technologies, and receive full training to accelerate your career. The role blends office and remote work in Central Europe. What You'll Do
- Understand customers’ operations and the environment in which our systems will be integrated.
- Learn about mission-critical voice and data communication, command centers and video security technologies.
- Provide support and execute tasks such as defining, writing, updating technical documentation for customer projects or validating/testing our systems in the client environment.
- Assist in designing and integrating and ordering systems in the customer's IT and communication environment.
- Participate in training and development through the offered coaching and support. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Physics or IT.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- A team player who enjoys working with other international-based engineers and is highly motivated to start their career.
- Good communication skills and confidence to present solutions to colleagues/customers/users.
- Interest/experience in IT and communication engineering, IP networking and cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Central Europe; a valid driving license would be helpful.
- Based in Poland (Warsaw or Krakow); eligible to live and work in the EMEA region; ability to work in a hybrid mix of home and Motorola Solutions offices.
- In some cases, Security Clearance from a country, customer, or project may be required. Nice to Have
- Security clearance may be required for some projects (optional).
- Interest in or experience with IT, IP networking and cybersecurity (already mentioned, but can be reinforced). Compensation & Benefits
