Junior System Administrator

What you will do:
- Monitor the health of products and infrastructure and handle incoming alerts (150–250 per shift).
- Analyze alerts using Grafana dashboards, Zabbix metrics, and internal documentation, then fix the issue or escalate it.
- Follow runbooks and instructions and do first-level troubleshooting on Linux and Windows servers.
What is required:
- 2+ years in system administration, monitoring, NOC/duty operations, or technical support.
- Confident Linux command-line skills: connecting over SSH/VPN, navigating hosts, running Bash scripts.
- Hands-on experience with Zabbix and Grafana at user level (metrics, hosts, host groups, dashboards).
