Job Description

• Manage the daily kitchen operations in our Cabana Restaurant.

• Prepare and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of South American cuisine.

• Lead, guide, and develop the culinary team during daily operations.

• Ensure strong compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Local Indonesian candidate with strong experience in South American cuisine.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, with a strong passion for culinary excellence.
