ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manage and organize daily operations of the cold kitchen section, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service delivery
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the kitchen team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.

• Demonstrated knowledge of international cuisines and advanced cold food preparation techniques

• Strong proficiency in food presentation, plating, and visual aesthetics
