- Identify and independently acquire health, fitness and wellness partners and own your sales pipeline from first contact to contract closing.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with partners and support them with operational questions.
- Identify and leverage networking opportunities to build strong connections within the regional fitness and wellness community.
- Operate with a field-first mindset and prioritize personal contact on-site through visits, meetings, and events.
- Use inside-sales tactics to advance your pipeline and efficiently start new conversations.
- Document activities in Salesforce to enable efficient team collaboration.
- Present ClassPass convincingly to potential partners and conduct professional negotiations through to close. What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Proficiency in field and inside-sales techniques.
- Proven track record of regularly meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Based in Düsseldorf or nearby, with knowledge of the region, people, and local culture.
- Ideally already has first contacts in the fitness and wellness industry.
- Ideally experience with tools like Salesforce or Salesloft and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
- Native German speaker with strong English skills. Nice to Have
- Existing contacts in the fitness and wellness industry.
- Experience with Salesforce or Salesloft.
- Familiarity with the Düsseldorf region.
