About the Role Join Gerresheimer as a Junior Sales Controller to support the sales organization across four European Moulded Glass sites. You will analyze sales performance, support planning and forecasting, and contribute to reporting, analytics, and process improvements. What You'll Do
- Support analysis of sales performance using revenue, margins, and other sales metrics
- Assist in variance analyses and derive actionable recommendations
- Support sales planning and forecasting processes
- Prepare and analyze data, and create meaningful reports and presentations
- Contribute to developing reporting and controlling tools
- Support digitalization projects, e.g., CRM systems and Power BI
- Maintain and enhance cost calculations and reporting structures in SAP
- Create ad-hoc analyses for sales and management
- Support the sales organization with commercial questions, price analyses, and tenders
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Controlling What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in Controlling or Sales Controlling
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of SAP; experience with BI tools (Power BI) advantageous
- Good German and English language skills
- Analytical thinking; structured and careful work style
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and interest in business contexts
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration Nice to Have
