Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Ingegnere Qualità Junior (m/f/x) motivato/a da inserire nel nostro team di Mezzovico con contratto a tempo indeterminato e a tempo pieno. La posizione è disponibile con effetto immediato oppure da una data da concordare reciprocamente.

Il/La Junior Quality Engineer svolge un ruolo chiave nel supportare la qualità dei prodotti e dei processi all'interno dell'ambiente produttivo.

Lavorando a stretto contatto con i team di Produzione, Ingegneria di Produzione e Supply Chain, la persona selezionata eseguirà controlli dimensionali e verifiche tecniche, supporterà le attività di assicurazione qualità, contribuirà all'analisi e alla risoluzione delle problematiche qualitative e parteciperà a iniziative di miglioramento continuo. Questa posizione rappresenta un'eccellente opportunità di crescita per chi desidera svilupparsi professionalmente verso il ruolo di Quality Engineer in un contesto produttivo dinamico e internazionale.

RESPONSABILITÀ

Le principali responsabilità includono:

• Eseguire controlli dimensionali e verifiche tecniche su componenti e prodotti utilizzando strumenti di misura e sistemi di ispezione secondo i requisiti specificati
• Supportare le attività all'interno dell'ambiente di laboratorio prove e test
• Apprendere e applicare tecniche di misurazione, metodi di ispezione e requisiti qualitativi
• Supportare la raccolta e l'analisi dei trend relativi a difetti e scarti
• Collaborare e comunicare con team interfunzionali, inclusi Produzione, Ingegneria di Produzione e Supply Chain, per affrontare problematiche legate alla qualità
• Supportare la gestione delle non conformità e degli scarti di produzione
• Partecipare alle attività di analisi delle cause radice (Root Cause Analysis) e alle azioni correttive
• Contribuire alle attività qualità associate all'introduzione di nuovi prodotti e processi

REQUISITI

Per essere presi in considerazione per il ruolo, i candidati devono possedere:

• Formazione tecnica (diploma tecnico o equivalente) in Ingegneria Meccanica, Tecnologia Industriale o disciplina correlata
• Ottima capacità di lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico meccanico
• Conoscenza ed esperienza pratica nell'utilizzo di strumenti e sistemi di misura dimensionale (strumenti di misura da banco, macchine di misura tattili e ottiche)
• Familiarità con i processi produttivi e le metodologie di controllo qualità
• Mentalità analitica con approccio collaborativo e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi
• Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
• Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano, buona conoscenza dell'inglese; la conoscenza del tedesco costituirà un importante vantaggio
• Approccio pratico, orientamento all'esecuzione e forte motivazione ad apprendere attraverso l'esperienza diretta
• Capacità di lavorare in una funzione d'interfaccia che coinvolge molteplici stakeholder e reparti.
• Interesse a essere presente sul campo, a stretto contatto con le operazioni produttive, piuttosto che lavorare esclusivamente in ufficio

Junior Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Mezzovico in a permanent full-time role. The position is available for an immediate start or on a mutually agreed date.

The Junior Quality Engineer (m/f/d) plays a key role in supporting product and process quality across the manufacturing environment.

Working closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, the successful candidate will perform dimensional inspections and technical verifications, support quality assurance activities, contribute to the investigation and resolution of quality issues, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an excellent development opportunity for individuals looking to grow into a Quality Engineer role within a dynamic and international manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities include:

• Perform dimensional inspections and technical verifications of components and products using measurement instruments and inspection systems according to specified requirements

• Support activities within the testing laboratory environment

• Learn and apply measurement techniques, inspection methods, and quality requirements.

• Support the collection and analysis of defect and scrap trends

• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain, to address quality-related issues

• Support the management of non-conformities and production scrap

• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities

• Contribute to quality-related activities associated with the introduction of new products and processes

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:

• Technical education (technical diploma or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field

• Excellent ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with dimensional measurement equipment and systems (bench measuring instruments, tactile and optical measuring machines)

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies

• Analytical mindset with a collaborative and problem-solving approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Solid Italian skills, good English skills, notions in German would be a strong asset

• Hands-on, execution-oriented, and motivated to learn by doing.

• Comfortable working in an interface function involving multiple stakeholders and departments.

• Interested in being present on the shop floor and close to manufacturing operations rather than working exclusively in an office environment.
