About this role
DHL eCommerce Solutions is seeking a Junior Product Manager eConnect to join its international team and help manage eConnect, the European portfolio of customer-facing tools for business customers of DHL Parcel Connect. The role is based flexibly within the EU, with the position location listed as Poland.
Key responsibilities include gathering feature requirements through customer projects, data review and interviews; working with the Requirement Manager on backlog prioritization and stakeholder alignment; developing go-to-market, training and internal materials describing features and processes for different stakeholder groups; running demos, trainings and knowledge sessions to win customer volumes on the eConnect platform; managing and developing eConnect Partner (3PV) integrations to scale the product offering via software partners; and contributing to the development of the DHL Parcel Connect & Return Connect product offering through special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, information technology or a related field
- Background in product management, customer-facing IT, eCommerce or logistics preferred
- Knowledge of logistics products and processes preferred
- Strong customer focus and ability to translate customer needs into features/tool implementations
- Experience in both agile and non-agile development setups
- Very good English business language skills; other languages beneficial
- Good technical understanding of web-based services, APIs, user interfaces and system architecture
- Minimum 3-5 years of job experience
