Job title: Junior Pricing Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Pricing Specialist to join our Pricing team in Italy. You will support the definition of pricing strategies across luxury product lines and collaborate with the Pricing Manager and other departments to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Support the analysis of pricing data to determine competitive pricing strategies for our luxury products.
- Define the price lists for all our sales channels (wholesale, retail, e-commerce, outlet, travel retail).
- Assist in managing and organizing pricing data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support pricing recommendations and decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Economics.
- At least 1 year of experience in pricing, finance, or a related analytical role, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: 26,000 euros per year (CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi).
