Your skills

• 1–2 years of experience in IT or end-user support
• Working knowledge of PCs, laptops, phones and peripherals
• Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, Office 365, ITSM and other workplace applications and tools
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN and server room equipment’s fundamentals
• Good English and fluent Romanian: you'll support local users every day
• Familiarity with a ticketing system
• Good communication skills, spoken and written
• A friendly, customer-oriented attitude

Your tasks

Imagine this: it's Monday morning at the customer site. A new colleague's laptop isn't ready, a desk phone has no line, and a docking station has stopped working. You open the ticketing system, check your tickets, pick up your tools, and one by one you fix them. By lunch, everyone is working again.

We're looking for a Junior Onsite IT Technician to support end users at one of our international customers in Bucharest. As the only technician on site, you'll work independently from day one, with clear procedures to guide you as you grow.

What your days look like

-You'll handle tickets for PCs, laptops, phones and peripherals. You'll work directly with users and explain things in a simple, friendly way. -You'll set up and check computer and printer/scanner connections. You'll fix basic network issues on switches, routers and firewalls. -You'll keep video and conference rooms ready for the next meeting.
