Your skills

• at least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
• LAN/WAN and server room equipment’s fundamentals knowledge
• Familiar with ticketing system
• Fluent in English and fluent Bulgarian
• Good organizational skills
• Communicative and customer-oriented

What about your responsibilities?

• Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requests
• Manage end-user onboarding and offboarding
• Provide VIP customer support
• Perform imaging, re-imaging, installation and configuration of laptops, desktops and peripherals
• Execute IMAC-related tasks
• Perform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment’s)
• Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teams
• Manage printer and MFP support
• Support PC refresh activities
• Manage ticketing system
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Local stock management

Location: Sofia (fully onsite)
