About the Role The 5-Axis Milling NC Programmer will work with the Division leaders of NC Programming and NC Team Leads to develop high-quality CNC programs for complex milled components on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers. The role includes executing advanced machining strategies, designing tooling and work holding solutions, optimizing manufacturing processes, and supporting shop-floor prove-outs. The programmer ensures all CNC programs meet manufacturing, quality, safety, and delivery requirements.
What You'll Do
- Develop CNC programs for complex milled components on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers.
- Execute advanced machining strategies and design tooling and work holding solutions.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and support shop-floor prove-outs.
- Ensure all CNC programs meet manufacturing, quality, safety, and delivery requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience or ability to develop CNC programs for complex milled components across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers.
