As a Junior MLOps Engineer on our Software Engineering team in Glil Yam - Herzliya, you will do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you'll achieve

As an MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating scalable MLOps platforms and AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and AI/GenAI teams to build reliable, production-grade machine learning systems that accelerate innovation and deliver business impact at scale.

You will:

• Design, develop, and operate scalable MLOps platform components and AI infrastructure.
• Contribute to the implementation, deployment, and support of end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data science, AI, and engineering teams to operationalize machine learning and Generative AI workloads.
• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and modern web-based interfaces using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to improving platform reliability, scalability, performance, and observability.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend technologies such as React or Vue.js.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning platforms and AI-driven applications, including frameworks such as MLflow.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working with Generative AI technologies, AI agents, and agentic development environments using tools such as Cursor and Claude.
• Military software development experience as well as software development experience gained during academic studies, is an advantage.
