About the Role As Medical Communication Manager, you define and own the national and international medical education event strategy within an omni-channel framework to strengthen interactive scientific exchange with healthcare professionals, with a focus on brands, sales and international stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Strategy: define and implement the medical education event strategy with focus on brands, sales, and international stakeholders.
- Event planning: create detailed event and budget plans including timelines and thematic focus for national, international and digital events.
- Event logistics: manage stand logistics, bookings for congresses and travel for all participants, and control of samples and materials.
- Collaboration: closely align with Marketing, Sales and scientific KOL management to ensure ongoing stakeholder exchange.
- KPI analysis: define relevant metrics, ensure measurement and derive strategic recommendations. What We're Looking For
- Qualification: Degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine.
- Fachkompetenz: strong affinity for dermatological topics and a deep understanding of physicians such as dermatologists or pediatricians.
- Organisation: proven project management skills, high quality standards and experience managing creative agencies.
- Persönlichkeit: independent, structured, capable of handling complexity and able to motivate cross-functional colleagues.
