About this role
Join Littelfuse as a Junior Manufacturing Engineer supporting CCD validation and automation projects. You will collaborate with ME/PE, visual engineers, maintenance teams, and suppliers to validate CCD processes, debug issues, and optimize inspection capabilities to improve yield.
What You'll Do
- Participate in CCD validation plans for new technologies and CCD upgrades, and generate validation reports.
- Support teams to propose the best CCD solutions in new automation machine development.
- Follow CCD debugging and coordinate with suppliers to resolve CCD issues on new machines.
- Assist ME in setting up and debugging CCD programs for new projects.
- Assist ME/PE to complete MSA quality validation for CCD inspection.
- Assist visual engineers and maintenance teams with daily CCD issues.
- Optimize CCD inspection capabilities (software or hardware) to improve yield.
- Regularly update and back up CCD programs.
- Assist visual engineers to establish a complete CCD standard system and applications.
- Work closely with internal teams and external CCD suppliers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with CCD validation plans, CCD upgrades, and CCD inspection processes; ability to learn quickly and adapt.
- Ability to collaborate with ME/PE, visual engineers, maintenance teams, and external CCD suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with good communication and teamwork.
