About the Role The position is a fixed-term contract (initially 2 years) for a Junior Manager Direct Retail Experience to drive national omnichannel campaigns and retail experiences for IQOS and VEEV in IQOS Stores and Islands. You will implement global guidelines with local adaptation to optimize consumer experience.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate and implement national omnichannel brand campaigns, product initiatives and activation measures for IQOS and VEEV in IQOS Stores and Islands.
• Execute global Visual Merchandising Guidelines while considering local nuances to create optimal consumer experience.
• Develop cross-channel, experiential store initiatives, consumer programs, services and events in collaboration with SFP teams.
• Organize and lead customer initiatives and store opening events; coordinate with external agencies and service providers.
• Lead and develop store staff, ensuring effective contribution and growth.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, Store Managers and frontline staff to achieve shared goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, generate learnings and optimize future actions.
• Own the budget and oversee B2C activities in stores.

What We're Looking For

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in (Retail) Marketing or Sales.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
