About the Role Junior Manager Controllership is responsible for the general accounting process for LATAM entities, managing the monthly close, overseeing G/L account reconciliations, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. The role requires a self-motivated, proactive professional with strong technical skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with multiple business partners at varying levels, including supervising staff. The role also drives process improvements, reinforces internal controls, and serves as a business partner for commercial and operational teams. What You'll Do
- Act as a liaison between local markets and the regional or corporate controllership function.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to commercial, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Present results and financial insights to senior management in English and Spanish.
