Junior Legal Counsel
Job Description: The Junior Legal Counsel contributes the Legal Department by summarizing and analyzing the company's current contractual obligations and those proposed by current counterparties. This position is also responsible for identifying and managing risk.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support management in drafting legal documents by reviewing and commenting on counterparty drafts and providing first drafts of documents to the legal team
- Assists in the creation of documentation for bids and offers to public authorities by summarizing company information and legal liabilities on provided forms
- Researches and analyzes issues faced by Cintra due to the unique requirements of individual projects (including issues of planning process, procurement, and authority of state agencies, among others) and prepares legal memoranda for internal use
