About the Role This role is ideal for a recently qualified attorney, legal graduate or experienced paralegal with experience, looking to build a career in corporate law. You will provide support across contracts, compliance, claims, collections, direct legal processes, and dispute resolution, and ensure our operations remain legally sound and compliant.
What You'll Do
- Manage claims, litigation preparation, and dispute resolution.
- Draft and review contracts and corporate agreements.
- Instruct and coordinate external legal support on matters.
- Support compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
- Provide day-to-day legal advisory to managers and business units.
What We're Looking For
- LLB degree (recently qualified attorney or candidate attorney completing articles).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of South African corporate law and compliance frameworks.
