About this role
Indokrisna is hiring a Junior IT Support & Zoho Implementation Specialist intern in Jakarta for a six-month internship. You will resolve client support tickets, configure Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Desk for live client projects, and guide clients through training and go-live. Strong performers can convert to full-time employment. Fresh graduates and people with up to one year of IT experience are welcome.

What you will do

Resolve client support tickets and technical issues quickly and clearly

Configure and customise Zoho applications for live client projects

Turn client business requirements into working Zoho solutions

Guide clients through onboarding, training and go-live

Work with our technical team to troubleshoot and fix issues

Prepare technical documentation and implementation reports
What we are looking for

Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of experience in IT or a related field

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good working English

Basic understanding of IT systems, software and business processes

Strong interest in cloud, SaaS and business applications

Good problem-solving, communication and client-handling skills
Nice to have
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, databases or any Zoho product
