Junior ICT Operator with French/IT Operations Specialist (24/7)

Your responsibilities
- Monitor and support IT operations in a 24/7 environment
- Supervise batch processing activities using VTOM
- Identify, analyse and perform first-level troubleshooting of operational incidents
- Escalate issues according to defined procedures and SLA requirements
- Communicate with French-speaking clients and provide regular status updates
- Handle operational requests and collaborate with technical support teams
- Follow established operational processes, documentation and best practices
Your requirements
- Good working knowledge of VTOM, including job monitoring, failure identification and first-level troubleshooting
- Practical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- French language proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Good command of English for daily communication and documentation
- Availability to work in a 24/7 shift model, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring, batch processing and incident management
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow procedures and escalate issues when required
Nice to have
- Previous experience in IT Operations, Monitoring or Service Desk environments
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes
- Basic scripting skills, such as Bash or PowerShell
- ITIL Foundation certification or practical knowledge of ITIL framework
