Job title: Junior Event Marketing Agent
About the Role Renewal By Andersen is seeking a Junior Event Marketing Agent to represent the brand at live events in Salt Lake City. This on-site, part-time role focuses on engaging with homeowners, generating leads, and showcasing our premium window and door solutions in a face-to-face setting.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential customers at events to generate interest and leads.
- Educate attendees about our products and services in a professional and approachable manner.
- Represent Renewal By Andersen with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Travel to designated event locations.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on event requirements.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Available for variable part-time shifts (4–6 hours), including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, based on event scheduling needs.
- Highly communicative, personable, and comfortable engaging with prospective customers in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report check.
- Basic computer skills.
- Employment offer contingent on a clean background check.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or brand representation is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay starts at $16 per hour with paid training.
- Earn between $18-$25 per hour with generous commission incentives.
- Pay is subject to fluctuation based on seasonal demands and performance.
