About the Role Bachem is expanding its Marketing team and is seeking a dedicated Junior Event Manager (a) for a 100% internship to support planning, coordination and execution of customer visits, workshops and corporate events. The role focuses on delivering professional guest experiences and ensuring smooth event delivery while supporting HR-related and employer branding events.

What You'll Do

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of customer visits and on-site events
• Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and corporate events, ensuring a professional guest experience
• Coordinate event logistics (venues, catering, materials, schedules)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery
• Provide on-site support before, during and after events
• Support planning and execution of HR-related and employer branding events
• Manage event materials, giveaways, promotional items
• Track event activities, timelines, and follow-up actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of event processes and participant experience
• Support senior event managers in cross-functional event projects

What We're Looking For

• Completed or ongoing education in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
• First practical experience in event management, marketing, hospitality, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in dynamic environment
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and service-minded approach
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is an advantage
• Very good German and English language skills
• Flexibility to support events outside regular office hours when required
