Job title: Junior Engineer – Acoustic Assembly / Installation
About the Role The Junior Engineer will support the assembly and inspection of acoustic systems and panels, ensuring installation is performed according to client drawings and project specifications for a commercial mall project in Syracuse, NY. This role requires strong attention to detail, quality control awareness, and availability to work flexible schedules including day and night shifts.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support the assembly and installation of acoustic systems and panels according to approved drawings.
- Verify installation quality and compliance with technical specifications.
- Perform on-site quality control inspections.
- Prepare and submit daily progress and activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and project standards during installation activities.
- Coordinate with installation crews and site management to ensure timely execution of works.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field).
- Previous experience in installation or supervision of construction works (acoustic systems experience preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
- Availability for temporary project-based assignment.
- Good communication skills.
