About the Global Trainee Program

Your Profile
Degree in: Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering Language: English – Advanced Knowledge of:
- PLCs and industrial automation systems
- Electrical engineering fundamentals
- Basic programming and troubleshooting
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute installation, mounting, repair, and startup activities for machines and equipment
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective resource use
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, cost, and timing standards
- Monitor and manage technical resources and spare parts inventory
- Support the development and optimization of maintenance information systems
- Use data and system insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
