About the Role Als Junior Einkäufer (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie den operativen und strategischen Einkauf technischer Komponenten und Dienstleistungen im Umfeld von WITec/Oxford Instruments. Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Logistik zusammen, tragen zu Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminzielen bei und helfen, Einkaufsprozesse weiterzuentwickeln. What You'll Do
- Verantwortung für den operativen und strategischen Einkauf von technischen Komponenten und Dienstleistungen
- Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
- Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Sicherstellung von Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminzielen
- Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten sowie Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Logistik
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Eskalationsmanagement bei Engpässen
