We are hiring Junior SRE / DevOps Engineers for leading proprietary trading firms across APAC. This is your chance to work in high-performance, low-latency trading environments where technology is the business.
What Youll Do
- Monitor and maintain large-scale Linux trading infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across systems, networks, and applications
- Automate processes and deployments (Python, Bash, Ansible, Git, etc.)
- Support global teams on infrastructure and trading-related projects
- Collaborate with traders, developers, and IT teams to improve performance and reliability
Tech Stack You'll Touch
- Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Automation: Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
- Messaging & Streaming: Kafka, Redis
- Cloud: GCP / AWS (varies by firm)
- Scripting: Python, Bash
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, multicast, routing)
What Were Looking For
- 1-3 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or System Admin roles
- Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience
- Solid Linux skills and scripting ability
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn trading technology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in financial markets is a plus
Locations: Hong Kong, Shanghai (role dependent)
