About this role

About Streamflow

Streamflow is the leading token distribution platform on Solana and beyond, used by thousands of clients.

Our company is globally distributed, agile, well-funded, and profitable for months.

About your role

We’re looking for a Junior Customer Experience Associate who’s fast, sharp, and great at written communication.

You’ll be handling chat-based support across a few key platforms, helping users get quick, accurate answers and ensuring their experience with Streamflow is smooth, respectful, and helpful. This is not a repetitive ticket-churning job - you’ll need to understand what users are really asking, find (or create) the best solution, and explain it clearly.

You’ll also stay close to the product: testing new features, spotting edge cases, and reporting bugs or feedback to the team. You’ll be a core part of how we learn, improve, and support our growing community.

This is a junior role with room to grow, perfect for someone who’s already confident in user communication and support workflows, and ready to go deeper into Web3 and product experience.

This role is a fixed-schedule position: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with set working hours, unlike the rest of the company, which operates flexibly. Being reliably available during your shift is essential to providing real-time support to our users. The exact hours are TBA, depending on the real-time requirements.

You might be a great fit if you:

Write clean, clear, native-level English

Respond fast, type fast, and think fast

Read carefully and catch small errors, gaps, or confusing phrasing

Can explain complex ideas simply, without long walls of text and overcomplicating

Are comfortable running multiple live chat conversations at once

Have some understanding of Web3 or crypto (even just the basics)

Enjoy testing tools and finding bugs or weird edge cases

Like working independently, figuring things out, and organizing your own priorities

Are naturally curious about support data; you want to know how many tickets came in, how fast replies were, where AI worked (or didn’t), and what’s trending with users

You will:

Respond to support inquiries via chat (Telegram, Intercom, Discord, etc.)

Onboard customers on the video call

Troubleshoot product issues and guide users to the right solution

Keep internal support tools and FAQs up to date

Spot unclear product flows or user friction and flag them early

Collect and share user feedback with the product and engineering teams

Contribute to the improvement of support workflows, macros, and documentation

Monitor key support metrics and help us improve overall response quality and speed

Become an active product user and help shape how we support other users

Compensation

$1400 gross

How we work

We’re a remote-first, async-friendly team with a strong writing culture. While we have an office in Belgrade, Serbia, most of our team is spread across different time zones.

We value ownership, curiosity, and respect. You’ll have the space to figure things out and the support to grow. We’re fast-moving and mission-driven - if you love solving problems, learning constantly, and helping people in a high-quality way, you’ll thrive here.
