Job title: Junior Chemist/ Chemist (Pharma)
About the Role We are seeking a Junior Chemist/Chemist (Pharma) to support laboratory testing, including preparing samples, performing pharmaceutical analyses of raw materials, operating and maintaining instrumentation, and ensuring compliance with Quality, Work and HSE procedures.
What You'll Do
- Prepare samples and standards for analysis
- Carry out pharmaceutical analyses of raw materials using EP, USP, FCC, JSQI, JSCI, ACS as well as in-house methods
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
- Maintain relevant documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure all work and reporting comply with Quality, Work and HSE procedures and requirements
What We're Looking For
- Degree/Master in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- Candidate with experience is an added advantage
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
- Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Able to start work on short notice preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in pharmaceutical analyses or related laboratory work is an advantage
