Junior Associate Attorney- Premises Liability/Slip and Fall and General Insurance Defense
RAWLE & HENDERSON LLP, the nation’s oldest law office, seeks an Attorney for a New Jersey attorney with experience defending slip and fall/premises liability and insurance defense litigation.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience defending slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense cases and have a strong attention to detail, and excellent research and writing skills. Insurance coverage experience is a plus.
Must be barred in New Jersey.
Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

0-3 years of experience in slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense litigation.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.

Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software.

Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
