Job title: Junior Accounts Payable Specialist
About the Role A Junior Accounts Payable Specialist will support expense reporting, T&E compliance and corporate card administration at Motorola Solutions' Krakow Finance Center. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy of expense reports and enabling timely, compliant processing of corporate card transactions within the Global T&E policy framework.
What You'll Do
- Check expense reports for formal and accounting accuracy, verify proofs of purchase (invoices, receipts), and ensure compliance with the Global T&E Policy.
- Administer the corporate card program (issuing new cards, blocking, limit adjustments), monitor timeliness of employee card reconciliations, and align credit card statements with the accounting system.
- Advise and resolve system-related issues for employees, clarify rejected reports, and educate staff on the expense reimbursement policy.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Department and Motorola Finance Center in Krakow to provide services to Motorola entities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Good communication skills; process-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Very good command of English; proficiency in other foreign language is an advantage.

- Proficiency in additional foreign languages (advantage).
