About the Role Join TMF Group as a Junior Accountant in Belgrade in a hybrid role, supporting our senior accountants and helping maintain accurate financial records for our clients. What You'll Do
- Assist with posting journal entries and supporting monthly close processes
- Prepare documentation for financial statements and reconciliations
- Collaborate with senior accountants and other departments to ensure data accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements and onboarding of new team members What We're Looking For
- Interest in accounting and finance with a collaborative mindset
- Good numerical accuracy and analytical thinking
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment Nice to Have
