- Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento del buzón de facturas de proveedores, asegurando la correcta recepción, clasificación y distribución de las facturas al área correspondiente.
- Registrar y contabilizar las facturas de proveedores, asegurando su correcta imputación contable y fiscal.
- Revisar las facturas para garantizar que la información necesaria sea correcta y completa antes de su contabilización.
- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias, asegurando que los pagos y movimientos relacionados con proveedores estén correctamente identificados y registrados.
- Identificar, gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de incidencias relacionadas con las facturas de proveedores, coordinándote con los diferentes equipos internos y proveedores cuando sea necesario.
