About the Role The Jr. SIM Engineer is responsible for supporting SIM and device engineering operations for large scale wireless environments. The role focuses on SIM lifecycle tasks, provisioning activities, device activation support, troubleshooting, operational monitoring, and ensuring seamless SIM-related service delivery.
What You'll Do
- SIM Provisioning & Lifecycle Support
- Execute SIM and device provisioning activities as defined under SIM & Device Engineering Operations.
- Assist in SIM activation, deactivation, replacement, and updates as part of daily operational workflows.
- Perform routine SIM configuration tasks while adhering to project defined SLAs and quality standards.
- Operational Monitoring
- Monitor SIM and device systems for performance, errors, and malfunction indicators.
- Conduct health checks on SIM profiles and provisioning workflows to support reliable operations.
- Review system alerts, identify deviations, and escalate issues to senior engineers.
