About the Role We are looking for a Jr. People Services Advisor to join our Share Services team in Argentina. The role delivers transactional and specialist HR services to one market or multiple local markets and works across teams, using digital tools to connect and collaborate with employees. What You'll Do
- Provide employees, managers and HR Business Partners exceptional customer service across a wide range of HR activities and processes
- Ensure standardised HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered consistently across different markets
- Perform service-related activities including Workday data entry, HR document management, updates to internal tools and databases, and respond digitally to employee queries
- Monitor the completion of queries from markets and continually identify opportunities to improve processes and services against Service Level Agreements, reviewing your own performance regularly in collaboration with the team
- Collaborate with other administrators within your team to deliver KPIs and high-quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations
- Build knowledge of local customs and employment laws, applying this to improve delivery of services across your markets and ensure processes remain compliant with local regulatory/statutory requirements What We're Looking For
- Experience in similar roles within service centers and working with Workday
- Related studies in HR, Communications or Business Administration
- Advanced English
- Availability for full-time work schedule (9:00–18:00) with a hybrid work model (4x1) and one fixed in-office day at our offices in CABA, Buenos Aires
