About the Role
Jr Manager, Human Resources LATAMC will be the principal HR representative for the corporate structure and hotels managed in Brazil, acting as strategic partner to the business and main point of contact for leaders and team members. The role involves defining, implementing and executing HR initiatives aligned with business priorities and regional strategy to foster a high-performance, compliant, and employee-focused culture. It is a generalist position with an integrated view, leading talent attraction, onboarding, development, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR administration, labor relations, wellbeing, internal communications, diversity and inclusion, and change management within the local/regional context. What You'll Do

Act as a strategic HR partner to corporate leaders in Argentina and the Southern Cone operations, supporting organizational decisions, structure, workforce planning, and talent priorities aligned with business goals.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including job descriptions, recruitment strategy, interviews, selection, offers, onboarding, and coordination of the onboarding experience, ensuring quality, speed, and cultural alignment.

Implement and monitor key lifecycle processes, including development, performance management, succession planning, training, engagement, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and internal communications, delivering a consistent, high-impact employee experience.

Manage HR administration, compensation and benefits, vendor relationships, and support audits or internal requests, ensuring operational accuracy, confidentiality, service levels, and policy/compliance.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor, social security and employment laws; coordinate with Payroll and external consultants as needed; anticipate risks and support regulatory and policy changes.

Participate in budgeting and headcount planning; develop analyses, projections, and management metrics to inform decisions, efficiency, and regional improvement opportunities.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, close leadership, and accountability; use metrics, feedback and market trends to adjust HR practices, strengthen the employee value proposition, and support organizational transformation. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, Psychology or related fields.

5 to 10 years of experience in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibility.

Experience partnering with internal clients and leaders on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.

Strong knowledge of Argentine labor law and ability to interpret its impact on operations.

Preference for experience in regional structures, multinational companies, and/or in tourism, hospitality, or services sectors.

Ability to work with metrics, data, and management reporting to support decision-making.

English: advanced required; Spanish: intermediate required, advanced preferred.

Advanced Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with HR systems/HRIS, preferably SAP or SuccessFactors.

Knowledge of analytics/reporting tools for people metrics. Nice to Have
