About the Role Join Factorial IT's GTM team as a Jr. GTM Engineer to help build and scale the outbound motion across multiple European markets. You will own the data, tools, and systems that power the outbound pipeline and work closely with SDRs and AEs. This early-stage role emphasizes experimentation, ownership, and shaping the product's trajectory through what you build this quarter. What You'll Do
- Be embedded in the GTM team, collaborating with SDRs and AEs across Germany, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, and beyond, owning the data, tools, and systems that drive outbound pipeline.
- Help shape the infrastructure to scale in an early, experimental phase, doubling down on what works and exploring new segments.
- Design and own your outbound tech stack (e.g., Clay, Apollo, HeyReach, n8n, HubSpot), identify gaps, and propose better tools. What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM.
- Desire to work at 0-to-1 pace and see how your work shapes the product's trajectory.
- Ability to own channels, run experiments, and make data-driven calls; comfortable collaborating with SDRs and AEs.
- Interest in building data-driven infrastructure for outbound. Nice to Have
- Experience with outbound tools like Clay, Apollo, HeyReach, n8n, HubSpot, or similar.
- Track record of identifying tooling gaps and bringing new solutions to the table.
