The Job:
We are seeking a Junior Creative Project Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple brands and a variety of scopes within a fast-paced in-house agency environment. This role will help manage a broad range of projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines are maintained, teams stay aligned, and deliverables move efficiently through the workflow.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to grow a career in project management, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of projects across multiple brands, teams, and deliverables.
- Help move projects from intake through execution and final delivery.
- Build and maintain timelines, trackers, and status updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work aligned, on schedule, and moving forward.
- Track milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Flag risks, delays, and roadblocks early, and escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate project details in project management tools and shared documentation.
- Assist with meeting coordination, status notes, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Support scope, budget, and resource tracking where applicable.
- Help ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with the brief.
- Organize project files, approvals, and final assets.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency and workflow clarity.

- 2–4 years of project coordination, project management, or related experience, ideally in an agency, creative, marketing, or cross-functional business environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to identify issues early and escalate appropriately
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exposure to creative, marketing, production, or integrated campaign workflows
- Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, or workstreams simultaneously
- Familiarity with budgeting, estimating, or resource tracking
- Understanding of agency processes, approvals, and change management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or a related field
